In 1962, Wayne McIntire founded the National Leadership Training Program at then San Fernando Valley State College (now California State University, Northridge). Although both are now gone, neither Wayne nor his program are forgotten. Do a search of "National Leadership Training Program" in google and see how many of our current leaders he had a hand in training.
