A Little Deaf History: a continuing series

I am a geek and proud of it. I toddled watching Star Trek the original series, survived High School waving a home made Light Saber and found my adult philosophy on Star Trek the Next Generation. This actor was in an episode called "Loud as a Whisper". He played a mediator who could always turn a liability into an asset.
